Using the customizer was pretty straightforward to be honest. It took some time to figure out all the different material available and the differences but once that was out of the way it's super easy to design ones own hat. Once the hat arrived I was even more impressed. Amazing material and craftsmanship. The hat is clearly high-end. Quiet luxury.

Extremely nice wool cap. I bought the structured crown and its great. Traditional MLB height of crown. I chose custom embroidery and it came out very high quality.
